Attorney Barry Levinson
 Barry Levinson is the owner and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Barry Levinson in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Levinson has been involved with numerous national and high profile litigation cases in the areas of civil rights, products liability, and wrongful death.
A longtime Nevada resident, Mr. Levinson received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. He is a guest speaker at the University of Nevada Las Vegas entertainment law classes, and has conducted seminars on business law.
Mr. Levinson assisted in updating the book, Entertainment Law by Simensky & Selz. Mr. Levinson is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and is a member of the National Institute for Estate Planners.
Robert Hill
 Robert Hill was born and raised is in Roswell, New Mexico. He attended New Mexico State University and obtained his Bachelors in 1994. From there, he went to Thomas Jefferson School Of Law in San Diego, California and graduated in 1997.
Robert moved back to New Mexico where he was a prosecutor for two years before relocating to Las Cruces, New Mexico. In Las Cruces, Robert had his own firm where he handled a wide variety of cases from criminal defense to family law cases with his last law partner and wife, whom he met in law school. Robert has conducted numerous jury trials from murder to simple battery. Robert's practice areas include criminal law, real estate, contracts, family law and more.
Robert has one daughter and is licensed to practice law in Nevada, New Mexico and California.
Al Bruzas
 Algimantas "AL" J. Bruzas was born in England and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from Forham University with a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and later received his J.D. degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California.
Throughout his career, Al has been involved in precedent setting cases in both the State and Federal courts. A seasoned veteran of the courtroom, Al has handled all types of litigation, including complex multi-jurisdictional cases and Appellate work. Al currently mostly practices in the areas of contract law, real estate, bankruptcy and personal injury. In addition, Al heads the Appellate practice section of the firm and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
Al is well known and widely respected for the depth and the breadth of his legal knowledge. He is thought by some to be a walking encyclopedia of the law. Al's impressive knowledge of the law coupled with his competitve spirit is reflected in his success with even the most difficult cases. Al is always looking forward to his next challenge.
Sally Crossley
Sally is a Certified Paralegal and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las vegas. Her many years of experience as a paralegal, coupled with her ten years of experience in the medical field, make her a valuable asset to the Law Offices of Barry Levinson. Sally is studying for the Law School Admissions Test and intends to go to law school.
The Senior Litigation Paralegal at the firm, Sally is skilled in all areas of the lititgation process. She performs legal research, reviews documents, identifies expert witnesses, drafts and responds to discovery and drafts briefs in addition to having substantial interaction with clients and opposing counsel. Sally also develops case strategy and trial presentations and attends trial. Sally works mostly in the areas if nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, personal injury, real estate, and the firm's Appellate practice.
Christina Ablahani
 Christina Ablahani is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. There, she graduated from High School in 2001. She then began her career in the legal profession. Tina has 6 years of experience in law, primarily in the fields of bankruptcy and civil litigation. Tina also has experience in the fields of construction defect, workers compensation, personal injury, real estate and divorce. Tina began working for the Law Offices of Barry Levinson in 2005 working directly under Algimantas "Al" Bruzas, ESQ.
Linda S. Cunningham
 Linda S. Cunningham is a native of Columbus, Ohio. There, she attended and graduated from Ohio State University with a degrees in Business Management & Finance and later became a paralegal for a Michigan Bankruptcy Judge for 7 years. She has 20 years of local experience primarily in the fields of Bankruptcy & Personal Injury and has successfully filed and completed over 2,000 Bankruptcy petitions to include Chapters 7, 13 & 11.
Stuart Laurie
 Stuart Laurie is a native of Chicago Illinois. He graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Secondary Education with a major in History and Political Science. He taught in the Chicago Public School system before moving to Eugene Oregon where he was employed in the Research Development and Evaluation Department of School District 4-J.
After working in eduction for five years he decided to change careers and took a position as a claims adjuster for Crawford & Co. the world largest independent provider of claims managements solutions to insurance companies and self insured entities. Mr. Laurie took advantage of Crawford & Co's industry leading, in house training, by taking a full complement of general and specialized training in all areas of claims and risk management.
In 1985, Mr. Laurie once again changes courese, by deciding to work on behalf of injured victims. With his training and over 26 years of experience in the investigation and evaluation of motor vehicle and general liability claims, Mr. Laurie has provided the Law Office of Barry Levinson with an invaluable asset towards the high rate of pre litigation settlement success our firm has achieved.
Yvette Villegas
 Yvette Villegas is a native of Los Angeles, California. She moved to Las Vegas in 1994, graduating from Bonanza High School in 2004. She has been working with The Law Offices of Barry Levinson for over 2 years and specializes in forming corporations, handling traffic citations, and summary evictions.. She is currently attending CCSN.
